According to Hale Vash, on Saturday, January 19, 1403, a Baloch citizen was arrested by security forces in the city of Zahedan and transferred to an unknown location.
The identity of this Baloch citizen: "Morteza Rigi", known as (Malek Qabadani), 35, son of Qasem, a resident of Zahedan, has been confirmed by Halewash.
According to sources, "Morteza was arrested by Zahedan intelligence agents about two years ago and was released on Saturday at around 3 p.m.
"He was arrested by security officers on Khomeini Street in Zahedan, and despite the family's follow-up efforts, there is no information about his fate."
Sources added: "Morteza had been repeatedly threatened with arrest by intelligence agents on various pretexts. He worked in a mobile phone shop in Zahedan."
