According to Hale Vash, today, Tuesday, January 15, 1403, a group of staff at Iranshahr University of Medical Sciences have expressed dissatisfaction with the non-payment of salaries to health personnel at the university level since the beginning of 1403 and have criticized the injustice in the distribution of salaries.
Current sources have reported: "Since the beginning of this year, Iranshahr University of Medical Sciences health personnel at the field level have not yet received their salaries, while employees of the university headquarters and the vice-chancellor have received their salaries according to the new instructions."
These sources added: "After numerous protests by the forces, Mostafa Ahmadi Moghadam, the vice president for development at Iranshahr University of Medical Sciences, has ordered that the allowances of field-level personnel be paid based on the old guidelines and at a very low amount, while the allowance budget has been received from the Ministry of Health based on the new guidelines."
Sources have stated: "Nearby medical universities such as Zahedan, Chabahar, and Zabol have paid their staff salaries in accordance with the new guidelines. However, in Iranshahr, under the pretext of lack of budget, the salaries of staff at the field level have been unfairly reduced."
Dissatisfied staff members have also pointed to non-transparent appointments at the university, stating: "Mostafa Ahmadi Moghadam, who is a non-native, has created unfavorable conditions for staff since assuming the position of Vice President for Development by appointing non-natives and moving them around at will."
Staff at Iranshahr University of Medical Sciences have called on officials to address the widespread dissatisfaction caused by this injustice as soon as possible and pay the salaries of health personnel at the environmental level in accordance with the new guidelines.
