According to Hale Vash/Sahargah today, Wednesday, December 21, 1403, the death sentence of at least one Baloch prisoner, who was previously sentenced to death due to drug-related charges, was executed in Qazalhasar prison in Karaj.
The identity of this prisoner; "Naser Shahouzahi" from Zahedan has been verified by Halesh.
According to current sources: "Nasser was arrested and sentenced to death in Tehran a few years ago on drug-related charges, and his sentence was executed this morning."
Sources said: "Today, a total of 9 prisoners have been executed for various crimes in Ghazal-Hesar prison," but Vash cannot independently confirm or deny this news and is currently investigating this matter.
According to the reports of human rights organizations, Baloch citizens have the highest number of executions in Iran, while the population of this minority is only 5-6% of the total population of the country. Most of the executed Baloch people are from the weak sections of the society who are responsible for supporting large families.
