According to Hale Vash report, on Thursday, September 8, 1403, the military forces raided a house in Kerman city and arrested a Baloch citizen without presenting a court order or explaining the charges and transferred him to an unknown place.

The identity of this arrested citizen, "Jan Mohammad Naruni", 40 years old, son of Kingi, married with 9 children, a resident of Kahnwajan village located in Khash city, has been verified by Hale Vash.

According to current sources: "Thursday evening, the eighth of Shahrivar month, the military forces raided without providing a court order and arrested a Baloch citizen who was a guest in that house without charge and transferred him to an unknown place."
