Harassment, abuse and harshness against prisoners by the clerk of the judge supervising Zahedan prison

According to Hale Vash report/ on Monday, July 11, 1403, the messages sent by the prisoners of Zahedan prison, about the pressure, discrimination and stoning against the prisoners imprisoned in this prison by "Amini", the office of the judge overseeing the prison, that he was not granted and extended leave due to being Baloch. The prisoners refuse and treat the prisoners inappropriately under false pretenses.

According to current sources, "Mr. Amini Doftdar, the judge in charge of Zahedan prison, behaves very inappropriately with Baloch prisoners, both men and women, who throw stones at the process of filing documents and granting legal leave, and rudely tells the prisoners that they are because of Baloch. Your leave will not be canceled or extended, or he will change them and tell you to come back after two weeks or a month, and because of his family and party relationships, the supervising judge and Zahedan prison officials are indifferent to the complaints of the prisoners. They do not follow up."

It should be noted that Zahedan Central Prison, which is the largest prison in Sistan and Baluchistan, has been placed on the United States sanctions list due to numerous cases of gross violations of human rights and the execution of Baloch prisoners.
