According to Hale Vash report/ Today, August 28, 1402, as a result of direct shooting by unknown armed men in the Javankan block in front of a broker in Nikshahr city, the school principal of Ramazan Klag village, Nikshahr city, lost his life.

The identity of this Baloch citizen "Rasul Bakhsh Baloch" from the village of Ramzan Kaleg, Nikshahr, and the principal of the elementary school of this village, has been verified.

According to Hale Vash sources, "Rasul Bakhsh was shot by unknown people in one of the streets of Nikshahr city, in the Javankan block, in front of Samsari and next to the car showroom, and he lost his life."
