According to Hale Vash report/quoted by Harana news agency, Hamzeh Darwish, a Sunni prisoner imprisoned in Rasht's Lakan prison, was sentenced to fourteen years of imprisonment in exile to the city by the first branch of the Revolutionary Court of Rasht due to the case that was opened for him during his imprisonment. Ramhormoz of Khuzestan has been convicted.
According to the verdict that was issued on August 8, 1402, by the first branch of the Rasht Revolution Court headed by Judge Ahmed Darwish Giftar, Mr. Darwish was sentenced to five years in prison for the charge of "assembly and collusion against the security of the country", for the charge "participation in deliberate destruction with the intention of confronting the regime" to five years in prison, for the charge of "insulting the leadership" to two years in prison and for the charge of "insulting the founder of the Islamic Republic" to two years in prison, including the previous detention periods and from He has been sentenced to Nafi Balad (exile) from his current place of residence to Ramhormoz city for "deliberate burning of the prison building and its belongings with the intention of confronting the regime".
It is stated in this document that Mr. Darwish is prohibited from any kind of socializing and communing with others during his exile, except for communicating with his relatives. Also, if Hamza Darvish repents and his repentance is verified according to legal provisions, he can be pardoned by the leadership after spending one year of negation. The decision can be appealed to the Supreme Court within twenty days after notification.
The court hearing on the charges of Hamza Darwish was held on the 20th of July this year in the mentioned branch.
An informed source close to the prisoner's family told Harana: "Mr. Darwish has been denied access to his family for more than ten months by order of the relevant authorities. On the 14th of October, he was transferred to solitary confinement due to a verbal conflict with the prison officials for not receiving leave, and on the 20th of May, after more than 7 months, without observing the principle of separation of crimes into paragraph 8 (paragraph of executed persons) ) has been transferred to Lakan prison in Rasht.
According to this informed source, the sentence issued by the Rasht General and Revolution Court was issued while Hamzeh Darwish was transferred to the solitary cell of this prison as a punishment during the Lakan prison conflict in Rasht.
It should be mentioned that Hamzeh Darwish, a prisoner from Talash, escaped to Iran after receiving a letter of protection from the Iranian Embassy in Turkey and presented himself to the security forces.
