Continuation of arrest and indecision of two arrested Baloch citizens of Zahedan protests after 130 days

According to the current report of Vash, "Jamshid Hassan Zahi and Farshid Hassan Zahi", two Baloch citizens who were detained by the security forces on December 3, 1401, are still in an uncertain situation after 130 days have passed.

"Jamshid Hassan Zahi", 29 years old, married son of Abdul Ghani, has two young friends, a shopkeeper in Palaki village, and "Farshid Hassan Zahi", 25 years old, son of Hanif, a construction worker. 

It should be mentioned that the mentioned persons were forced to confess against themselves under torture in the Zahedan Intelligence Detention Center and are currently in Ward 9 (detention center) of Zahedan Central Prison in solitary confinement and in harsh conditions with no access to telephones and visits.

These citizens were arrested on the charge of shooting at a car at Cheshme Ziarat village checkpoint in Zahedan and were forced to confess under torture that according to the information received, these two arrested citizens were innocent and were not present in that area at the time of this incident.

It should be noted that the representative of the Belgian Parliament, Mrs. Darya Safaei, had previously assumed the political guaranty of these arrested Baloch citizens.

It is worth mentioning that following the recent protests in Sistan and Baluchistan, a large number of citizens, including children under the age of 18, have been arrested without reason and against the legal procedure, and the exact status of many is unknown.
