According to an informed source, in 1390, Abdul Malik was arrested by Zahedan intelligence officers in Zahedan-Khash axis on the charge of acting against national security and spent six months in the detention center of this security institution.
The source added that Zahedan intelligence agents first arrested Abdul Malik's brother, who was working as a fuel carrier, and forced him to call them and say that he was injured in a traffic accident on the Zahedan-Kash axis and needed help. His brother goes to help him, and when he arrives at the meeting place, the intelligence officers arrest him and beat him.
The source clarified that after six months of detention and torture in Zahedan Intelligence Detention Center, he was finally sentenced to 25 years of exile in Garmsar prison by Judge Mahgoli's judgment of the first branch of the Revolutionary Court of that city, in a few minutes' session, on the charge of moharebeh.
This political prisoner, who is now in the 11th year of his sentence, has been sent on leave twice before and his leave was canceled this year.
"Abdolmalek Qanbarzahi", 38 years old, son of Musa, married with three children, a resident of Shandak village, Zahedan, was arrested in 2013 on the charge of acting against national security in Zahedan by information and after several months of torture, he was sent to the Revolutionary Court of Zahedan to 25 He was sentenced to exile in Garmsar prison in Semnan province through moharebeh. He has been imprisoned in Garmsar prison for 11 years now.
It should be noted that the father of this political prisoner, Musa Qanbarzahi, 63, who had previously received a letter of protection from the security institutions in 1400, was arrested by intelligence and transferred to Kerman, and recently the Revolutionary Court issued a death sentence for him.
