According to the Hale Vash news agency/ on Monday, July 27, 1401, there was a strong protest by Ustad Kak Hassan Amini, the ruler of the Kurdistan People's Sharia, to the installation and hanging of the so-called "Eid Ghadir Kham" congratulatory banners in the 100% Sunni city of Sanandaj.
Parts of his protest letter are as follows:
Mr. Mayor and Chairman of Sanandaj City Council
Salam Alaikum
I saw the picture of the congratulatory banner "Eid Ghadir Kham" hanging in front of a building in Sanandaj city.
Unfortunately, the congratulators on this occasion were "Sanandaj Municipality and Islamic Council" (!!!?).
The question to the mayor and the chairman and the members of the city council is: Don't you know that the most important point of disagreement between Sunnis and Shiites is Ghadir Kham and its incorrect content?!
Don't you know that the city of Sanandaj, with more than 300 mosques, is the most important center of Sunnis in Kurdistan and the west of the country?! While there is not even a single Shiite mosque in it?!
Don't you know that all the population of this city of more than 700 thousand people are Sunni and there is no native Shiite in it?!
If in recent years, people from Shiites have been settled there, was it actually to change the fabric of the religious population of the city?!
How can the Sunnis and the people of this land be slandered like this?
