According to the Hale Vash News Agency/ quoted by the Iran Teachers Union, on Saturday, July 25, 1401, a hearing on the charges of 6 activists of the teachers' union of Gilan province was held in the branch of the criminal court of this province.
According to this report, the identities of these activists are Mahmoud Sediqipour, Anoush Adeli, Aziz Ghasemzadeh, Mohammad Javad Hojjati Saeedi, Ali Nehali and Jahanbakhsh Lajordi.
It has been said that in the hearing, Ramin Safarnia, the lawyer defending these scholars, while presenting his client's defense against the accusations (disturbing public order) and (disobeying the orders of the officers while on duty) presented a bill to the court judge in his supplementary defense. did
Aziz Qasimzadeh, Mahmoud Sediqipour, Mohammad Javad Hojjati Saeedi, Ali Nehali Nehali and Jahanbakhsh Lajordi were arrested by security agents in Rasht city on June 26, 1401. Each of them was released after posting bails in the amount of 80 million tomans.
Before this arrest, on June 7, 1401, after being summoned to the 3rd branch of the General and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of Rasht, he was accused of (disturbance of public order) in connection with his first judicial case.
Aziz Qasimzadeh was tried in another case on 21 March 1400 by Branch 103 of the Criminal Court 2 of Rudsar city with the charges of (publication of Ekazi) and (propaganda activity against the regime).
