Exclusive/ Four political prisoners of conscience who were transferred from Rajaei Prison in Karaj to Zahedan Prison were sentenced to death and life imprisonment in Zahedan Court.
According to Hale Vash news agency, four political-ideological prisoners who were sent back to Zahedan prison from exile in Rajaee Shahr prison in order to hold a trial in the past few weeks, were sentenced to death and life imprisonment.
The details of these four prisoners are as follows:
1- Idris Jamshidzehi, 43 years old from Iranshahr city,
2- (Maulvi) Mohammad Saleh Shahdadzehi, 33 years old, from Sarbaz city
3- Mahmoud Lt. 33 years old from Iranshahr city
4- Abdul Aziz, a 40-year-old lieutenant from Iranshahr city
These 4 prisoners were arrested in June 2016, a few days apart from each other in Chabahar by the intelligence department of this city on the charge of "act against national security" and "warrior" and the murder of a Basij agent named "Sajadi", and were sent to the detention center of the intelligence department. Zahedan has been transferred.
It is said that in February 2016, after seven months of enduring pressure and torture, they were transferred to Ward 3 of Zahedan Central Prison in Zahedan Ministry of Intelligence.
According to the received reports, the above four prisoners were deported from Ward 3 of Zahedan Prison to Rajaei Shahr Prison in Karaj at the end of 2017 and were kept in Ward 4, Hall 11.
According to this report, after nearly five years of their exile in Karaj prison, these prisoners were transferred to Zahedan prison in December of this year to hold court.

It is said that these orders issued by the Zahedan Criminal Court are only about the charge of murder related to the Basij murder of Sajjadi, and the orders of the Revolutionary Court have not yet been issued.
It should be noted that these prisoners were detained since June 1396 and were in limbo, but after 7 years, sentencing orders have been issued for only one charge, and the orders of the Revolutionary Court remain in place.
